You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials and all activities under your account.

3. Payments and Billing

All pricing is communicated before purchase.
You agree to pay all fees associated with your subscription or service plan.
Payments are non-refundable once work or automation setup has begun unless otherwise stated in writing.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, code, designs, templates, and documentation created by Intelloops remain the property of Intelloops unless explicitly transferred under a written agreement.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify our intellectual property without written consent.

5. Third-Party Integrations

Our services often rely on integrations with third-party systems (e.g., GoHighLevel, Twilio, Google, Meta, OpenAI).
Intelloops is not responsible for downtime, changes, or errors caused by third-party platforms.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Intelloops shall not be liable for:

Loss of profits, data, or business interruption

Errors caused by client-provided data or external APIs

Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for services in the last 3 months.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate service if:

You breach these Terms

You misuse systems or engage in illegal activity

Upon termination, your access may be revoked, and outstanding fees will remain due.

All internal and client-related information is handled under strict privacy and security measures.
